For my moving frame-by-frame animation I am going to make the guy run behind the houses. The guy is going to get on the roof and run.

As the background Im going to have houses.
When
The animation takes place during a sunny day. I want to make the clouds rain as the guy is running
Where
The guy is going to be running on top of the houses roof.
Why
Because watching people run its really cool.
