First i broke the symbol apart.
Then i selected the parts that i wanted to move and make them into a movie clip .
When you double-click the symbol you will no longer be scene 1,
The symbol was the only thing on my stage.
I tween the object.
Then i changed the color of the wheel.
and last put it back in place.
at last you play the movie.
